Users can form groups around a certain project which will have permissions to edit the project. Your reputation/resume grows as you work on more projects and are recommended by other users (similar to LinkedIn recommendations).

** Have a few very compelling, well thought out concrete examples of why developspace and open source space development in general is a good idea for use in conversations with new people. I've noticed in my pitching the idea that these could be quite useful once you get past the basic elevator pitch.
**So there is this new book i'm reading called wikinomics: how mass collaboration changes everything. I'm just getting started but it may have the examples (backed by good facts) you need. The cover has lots of obvious (linux, wikipedia) and some not so obvious (InnoCentive (go look it up, its cool) and the human genome project).
